Marking rollers
Migliarino specialises in the production of marking rollers.
Building a marker roller requires a high level of expertise, which the Migliarino Team shares with the customer during the design phase. Technical drawing requirements are implemented in terms of the material and the type, height and depth of the font, driving dots and spacing.
The dimensional application field of the rollers is normally identified by the customer. However, our technicians proactively propose solutions to improve the duration of the application.
Marker rollers are used to engrave letters, numbers and logos according to customer requests on steel, aluminium and brass products.
Moreover, rollers are used for continuous marking with fixed and variable texts according to customer requirements. In most cases, they are used in turning turrets, but also in continuous sheet metal calendering stations or steel/brass/aluminium profiles and pipes.

Industrial punchesPipe marking rollers are tools used to apply marks or engravings on metal pipes
These rollers are designed to be mounted on specific machines, such as roller marking machines or pipe marking machines, to carry out marking as the pipe is passed through them.
Material
Marking rollers are made of hard, wear-resistant materials, such as carbon steel or stainless steel, so they can withstand forces and pressures exerted during marking.
Type of marking
Pipe marking may include information such as a serial number, manufacturer’s logo or brand, technical specifications, or other relevant information. Marking rollers are designed to consistently and permanently apply this information to the pipe surface. They can be designed to have specific shapes and designs, based on the type of marking required. Choosing the right rollers, both in terms of material and design, is essential to achieving excellent quality and long-lasting marking.
Technical Features
Area of use of marking rollers
There are many advantages to using pipe marking rollers. They allow you to mark pipes quickly and efficiently, reducing production times and improving material traceability. In addition, roller marking can be applied to pipes of different sizes and shapes, which allows for greater flexibility during production. It is important to remember that marking rollers should be selected based on the type of pipe, the required marking specifications, and the application characteristics.
